Delete your data

Toy Tidy is a game by MangyByte Ltd. The game has no account of its own. This page tells you what the game keeps, and how to remove it.

On your device

The game keeps your progress, your settings, your player ID, the number of hints, undo moves and shelf places that you have, and your orders on your device. We cannot see the files on your device, and we cannot recover them for you.

• Android: clear the app data of Toy Tidy in the settings of your phone, or delete the game.
• iPhone and iPad: delete the game.

This removes your progress and the things that you bought and did not use. After that, "Restore purchases" gives you "Remove ads" again. It cannot give back hints, undo moves or shelf places that you bought.

This does not remove the copies below.

The optional cloud save

If you used "Save my progress", a copy is in your own Google Play Games or iCloud account. MangyByte does not hold it.

• Android: remove the data of Toy Tidy in the Google Play Games app, or in the settings of your Google account.
• iPhone and iPad: remove the iCloud data of Toy Tidy in the iCloud settings of your device.

On our server: purchase records

Our server keeps one record for each order that you made. We keep it while we need it to apply refunds and to keep our accounting records. We have no automatic deletion at this time. You can ask us to remove it. Email privacy@toytidy.app with the subject "Toy Tidy data deletion".

Tell us the store, the product, the date and the order ID from your store receipt. We use these to find the record. If the order ID does not match, we look for the record by store, product and date. If we cannot find it, we ask you for more details. We can ask you to show that the data is yours.

We reply within one month. If we need more time, we tell you why. We also explain which records the law makes us keep. If we remove a purchase record, you do not get a refund. Ask Apple or Google for refunds. If you use "Restore purchases" after we remove a record, the game checks the purchase with the store again. Our server can then make a new record.

Our server also keeps a one-way hash of an IP address while the request limit runs. Web server logs stay for 53 days at most. We delete both automatically.

Ads

Google AdMob collects data when the game asks for an ad or shows an ad. MangyByte does not hold it. Use your Google account settings and the settings of your device to control it. Read the privacy policy for more detail.

To delete the emails that you sent us, write to privacy@toytidy.app and ask us.
